As a Brand Marketing Content Manager you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective content strategies to promote and enhance the brand image of Novotel & Novotel Suites in France. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and impactful content across various marketing channels (paid owned earned and shared) with a focus on maintaining consistency and driving brand awareness.

You work closely with the Brand Experience managers in ENA Social Media manager Southern Europe and relevant services (F&B e-merchandising SEO purchasing Global marketing team).

You oversee with hotel owners and managers (including franchise committee) the marketing vision for the brand.

This role requires a combination of creativity strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.

MAIN COMPLEXITY / CRITICAL ISSUES IN THE JOB
  • Participates in the definition of the brands marketing plans and is responsible for its brand content deployment in France.
  • Operational marketing delivery excellence in respect of the global brand positioning and ENA action plan for Novotel & Novotel Suites.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners to ensure a clear understanding of content requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including F&B Commercial T&C CSR Sponsorship Operations Purchasing Legal CMI etc. to align content strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with influencers content creators and industry experts to expand brand reach and collaborations.
  • Pilot the Brand Content budget for France.
TASKS / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Develop the annual 360 communication plan for the brand based on brand objectives and marketing plan for all target audiences.
  • Develop comprehensive content strategies that align with the Novotels voice values and goals.
  • Produce high-quality compelling and persuasive content according to media plan.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends competitor activities and audience preferences to inform content creation.
  • Identify content opportunities and trends to optimize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate with transversal teams (PR Social media internal communication).
  • Adaptation of global marketing elements to the local environment by integrating all cross-functional projects (CSR loyalty F&B etc.).
  • Collaborate with agencies such as graphic designers and video editors to produce multimedia content.

LANGUAGES

Fluent in French and English; a 3rd language is a plus.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications journalism or a related field. Relevant certifications or a portfolio demonstrating content marketing expertise is a plus.
  • Professional experience required: Minimum experience of 5 years in Marketing.

Position located in Paris (Issy Les Moulineaux).
