A leading luxury brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Paris Faubourg Saint-Honoré. We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Paris Faubourg Saint-Honoré.
Support the achievement of the Store / Individual Sales Target
Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by department (category) in line with company strategy
Mentor, motivate and retain the staff in store, building teamwork
Support staff optimization vs business needs
Monitor the efficient of the clienteling tools
Manage store image and store operations in respect with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures
Stock Management to ensure availability of merchandise and services
Contribute to build effective and lifetime relationships with new and existing customers
Contribute to deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards
Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to adapt, strong results orientation
Proven experience of about 2 years in managerial role
Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams
Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team
Strong communication skills and team-player mentality
Fluent in French and in English
