A leading yacht recruitment agency is seeking a skilled Bosun for a 60+m MY Private/Charter yacht. The successful candidate will lead a deck team, ensuring top-notch maintenance and guest experience, backed by 3-5 years of industry experience. A strong grasp of seamanship, tender driving, and COLREG is essential. Generous compensation and benefits including a package of 60 days leave are offered.

Itinerary: Currently in UAE for winter and then back for the Med Summer 2026 (charter / private program)

Requirements

Yacht Rating or Yacht Master Offshore (CE), Valid STCW and ENG1 for minimum 6 months, Verifiable references.

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in the industry, confident to lead a team of 4-5 deckhands with strong maintenance skills and solid charter and guest experience, able to make a plan for the Deck team and work unsupervised. Tender driving experience is must as well as solid seamanship. COLREG knowledge is a must.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 5,000 USD.

Package: 60 days leave.
