Responsibilities

• Assist in alerts adjudication and customer reviews by conducting OSINT, gathering data, and performing various research activities.
• Support the team in assessing customer transaction activity to identify potential risks.
• Document findings and prepare reports for escalation to the MLRO and relevant teams.
• Conduct basic risk assessments on new and existing customers.
• Learn and provide support on sanctions compliance and related processes.
• Assist in managing sanctions‑related escalations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support ongoing assessments, compliance reviews, and ad hoc reviews as assigned.
• Assist in preparing materials for internal training and actively participate in internal and external training programs related to sanctions.

Requirements

• Major in Law, Economics, Social Science, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of financial crime compliance or law is preferred.
• Strong reading comprehension skills with the ability to understand complex subjects.
• Data‑driven with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently across functional and geographic boundaries.
• Demonstrates learning agility with a critical thinking, inquisitive, and innovative mindset.
• Eager to expand knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• Good understanding of sanctions regulations is a plus.
