Overview
To support our growth and lead our global customers billing team, Doctolib is hiring a Billing Manager based in Paris. Attached to the Finance department, you will be responsible for our billing activities, coordinating customers invoices processing as well as cash application. You will integrate the Group accounting department and be part of a team in charge of covering the working capital activities.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead a team of 3-5 specialists in charge of billing activities for all countries in the group. You will be responsible for task allocation and the delivery of all activities within your scope. You will propose and implement performance indicators to secure our delivery activities.
- Ensure the correct integration of the customers' master data and related contracts into our billing system. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the monthly customer billing cycle.
- Ensure close cooperation with internal stakeholders from Sales and Finance.
- In relation with the Working Capital Senior Manager, act as the gatekeeper for the order-to-cash process and work to optimize the process, scalability, and consistent quality.
- Ensure the integrity of systems impacting the billing process to guarantee efficiency in accuracy and inter-process flow (cash application/collection).
- Manage all queries and validation requests addressed by internal customers.
- Monitor customers' direct debits and collaborate with the cash collection team to recover doubtful debts.
- Oversee monthly and annual closing activities, including performance.
- Ensure the quality of internal periodic controls.
- Collaborate with the project team to propose system improvements in our CRM (Salesforce), billing system (Zuora), or accounting system (SAP).

You could be our next teammate if you:
- Have a Bac +/5 in finance and accounting or a Master’s Degree in accounting;
- Have 8 to 10 years of experience in billing with experience handling a massive volume of invoicing;
- Are used to working in an international environment and able to think globally / act locally;
- Have an analytical mindset to identify trends, solve problems and support decision-making;
- Language skills: Professional English. Native French and/or German/Italian is a plus;
- Skills in Zuora (billing tool) would be highly desirable;
- Have excellent communication skills.
