The role involves covering regulatory compliance, financial crime, and assisting in maintaining a robust compliance function. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in compliance or related fields and be fluent in English and French. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in compliance/operational risk management/audit/internal controls/legal function in a financial institution.
• Ability to apply legal and regulatory requirements to practical situations.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Cover both regulatory/core compliance and financial crime.
• Assist in maintaining a robust compliance function.
• Review and investigate AML and sanctions alerts, including drafting SARs.
• Review due diligence checks for KYC.
• Implement controls related to conflicts of interest and other regulations.
• Assist as DPO with data privacy/GDPR matters.
• Prepare reports and risk assessments required by compliance processes.
• Review compliance policies and procedures.
• Analyze impact of new laws and regulations.
