B2B Digital Sales Specialist – Sofia – Native French Speaker

Location: Open to local candidates and those currently abroad (remote work allowed only from Bulgaria – working from another country is not permitted)

Work Type: Remote (must reside in Bulgaria)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Start Date: 12 January 2026

Job Overview

We are looking for a B2B Digital Sales Specialist, fluent in French (C2 / native) and English (B2), to join a dynamic international team.

The role focuses on business development, lead generation, and qualification, requiring experience in cold calling and a strong results-oriented mindset. Remote work is only allowed from within Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B business opportunities
  • Conduct cold calls and manage the full sales cycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through structured lead generation and follow-up
Candidate Requirements
  • French : C2 / native (mandatory)
  • English : B2 (mandatory)
  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
  • Minimum of 2 years of cold calling sales experience
  • Ability to work remotely only from Bulgaria
Remuneration
  • Base Salary : 3,600 BGN gross monthly
  • Target Bonus : 2,000 BGN (quarterly)
Relocation Package (Sofia – 10 days)
  • Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months of employment (documentation: e-ticket, invoice, offer approvals)
  • 10 nights in a city center hotel (breakfast included; booked and paid by TA specialist)
  • Salary advance of 1,056 BGN (deducted in 3 equal installments of 352 BGN starting with first full salary)
  • Advance processed within 5 working days upon providing an active bank account to HR
