Your Mission

We are looking for a highly skilled B2B Contract Lawyer & General Counsel to be the central point for all legal matters, ensuring that every aspect of our operations, from commercial contracts to corporate structuring, runs on a solid legal foundation. You will work side-by-side with the leadership team, shaping strategy with clear, pragmatic legal guidance and anticipating risks before they arise. Your role will be to give the company the legal certainty it needs to grow fast, scale internationally, and operate with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the company’s General Counsel, owning all legal operations end-to-end.
• Draft, review, and negotiate B2B SaaS contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, and licensing deals.
• Manage commercial law matters, including payment terms, liability clauses, and dispute resolution.
• Support executive leadership on strategic legal topics: fundraising, M&A, subsidiaries, and international expansion.
• Provide strategic legal advice on business law, contract enforcement, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with French, EU, and international regulations, including US law where applicable.
• Coordinate with external counsel for specialized topics (IP, tax, etc.).
• Develop internal legal frameworks, templates, and policies to scale operations securely.

About You – Must Have

• 5+ years in business law, contract law, or as in-house counsel in SaaS or tech.
• Proven expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, with full command of clauses covering intellectual property, data protection, termination, payment terms, liability, and confidentiality.
• Strong understanding of business operations and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and executive leadership.
• Fluent in French & English, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

About You – Bonus

• Knowledge of corporate finance, fundraising, and equity instruments.
• Experience with subsidiaries and international expansion (US law exposure a plus).
• Familiarity with startup ecosystems and venture capital processes.
• Prior experience with tech companies.
