A biotech company in France is seeking a Business Operations Lead to drive business operations across the Central Cluster. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills, along with 5-10 years of industry experience. The position supports cross-functional teams and ensures operational effectiveness within a dynamic environment. Flexibility in work location with onsite requirements 2-3 days per week.

The Business Operations Lead will be responsible for driving the efficient execution of business operations across the Central Cluster ( France and Belgium Netherland and Luxembourg ). This role ensures alignment between scientific commercial and operational functions in fast paced dynamic biotech organization . The individual will work closely with cluster leadership and serve as a key interface with the regional team to define strategic priorities improve processes and oversee day‑to‑day business activities . This person should have experience with commercial and / or marketing financial supply chain and operational processes to be able to lead critical operations to support the business.
