Apprenticeship - Information Security Project - September 2025 H/F
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Risk Analysis: Participate in identifying threats and vulnerabilities specific to projects. Contribute to risk assessments and propose mitigation measures.
- Secure Design: Assist teams in integrating security principles from the project design phase. Learn best practices in security (encryption, authentication, access control, etc.).
- Regulatory Compliance: Help ensure that projects comply with security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, AI Act, DORA, ITSCM, ISO 27001). Participate in monitoring regulatory developments.
- Training and Awareness: Contribute to creating awareness materials for project teams. Participate in training sessions on security best practices.
- Security Testing: Learn security testing methodologies (penetration tests, audits, etc.). Assist in analyzing results and implementing corrective measures.
- Vendor Risk Framework (VRF): Participate in assessing risks related to suppliers and partners. Contribute to incorporating security clauses into contracts. Assist in conducting in-depth supplier analyses.
YOUR PROFILE
Who you are:
- Education: Student in Bac +4/Bac +5 (equivalent to 4th or 5th year of higher education) in IT, cybersecurity, risk management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of information security and risk management. Interest in security standards and best practices (GDPR, AI Act, DORA, ITSCM, ISO 27001, etc.). Analytical and synthesis capabilities, with an understanding of business needs. Proficiency in collaborative tools and the Office Suite. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Behavioral Skills: Curiosity and eagerness to learn. Strong communication skills and team spirit. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven interpersonal skills with high-level stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal abilities: listening, empathy, assertiveness, team spirit. Sense of organization and prioritization. Autonomy, independence, organization, and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously. Rigor and method. Creativity.

Work Environment: Location: 23 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris. You will join as an Apprentice for 2 years at AXA Headquarters, focusing on integrating security practices into projects and participating in supplier evaluations as part of the Vendor Risk Framework (VRF). Guided by cybersecurity experts, you will acquire key skills in a dynamic environment.
