Une entreprise mondiale de logistique recherche un(e) stagiaire en gestion de la paie pour contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et assurer la qualité des données. Vous serez responsable de la vérification des variables de paie et de la mise à jour des rapports RH. Qualifications

  • Étudiant(e) en gestion sociale, contrôle de gestion, ou diplôme équivalent.
  • À l'aise avec les outils bureautiques et les systèmes d'information RH.
  • Autonome et proactif(ve), capable de gérer plusieurs tâches.

Responsabilités

  • Surveiller les accords opérationnels et contrôler le suivi du temps.
  • Calculer et vérifier les variables de paie.
  • Mettre à jour les indicateurs RH et les rapports de post-paie.

YOUR MISSIONS

You will join the Payroll department at CMA-CGM, under the responsibility of the social management control ARH-Payroll. You will contribute to process improvement, ensure the monitoring of agreements in force, analyze the quality of data used in the HRIS and payroll software, and produce reports. You will coordinate necessary actions following the transmitted reports and participate in the department's animation.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You will monitor operational agreements, control time tracking, and take necessary actions with BPRH and Payroll Managers.
  • You will calculate and verify payroll variables.
  • You will update HR indicators and post-payroll reports.
  • You will manage and monitor ARH/Payroll actions (contracts, renewals, absences, sick leave, medical visits, provident fund).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are studying social management control, management control, or an equivalent degree.
  • You are comfortable with office tools and HRIS.
  • You have a sense of service, are organized, rigorous, and discreet.
  • You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
  • Autonomous and proactive, you can juggle multiple tasks.
