Vous serez impliqué(e) dans le recrutement, l'accueil, et le suivi de la communauté des jeunes talents dans un environnement international et innovant au sein de notre siège social à Paris.

Qualifications

• Maîtrise de l'anglais pour les entretiens.
• Intérêt pour plusieurs domaines (IT, Audit, Risque, etc.).
• Capacités à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

Responsabilités

• Participer à toutes les étapes du processus de recrutement des jeunes talents.
• Faciliter les sessions de formation des nouveaux arrivants.
• Suivre le développement des stagiaires et apprentis.

Description du poste

• Be involved in all stages of the hiring process for Early Talents Manage Talent Analytics for the Early Talents population
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and implement actions engaging the Early Talents community
• Track the progress and career development of interns and apprentices
• Serve as an ambassador for our culture and values by participating in Forums and School Campus events.

• You have a good level of English to conduct interviews with English-speaking candidates and managers.
• You are interested in various fields (IT, Audit, Risk, Legal, Communication, Marketing, Studies).
• You are not afraid of direct approach, candidate closing, and data.
• You enjoy working on a variety of tasks and managing multiple projects at the same time.
• You like working in a cross-functional environment and aim to evolve in an international context.

Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.
