Une entreprise de formation professionnelle en France recherche un(e) apprenti(e) vendeur(se) en boulangerie-pâtisserie. Le candidat idéal accueillera et conseillera les clients, traitera les transactions, et veillera à la bonne gestion des stocks. Offrant un contrat d'apprentissage de 12 mois, cette position est parfaite pour ceux cherchant à évoluer dans le commerce tout en apprenant de nouvelles compétences sur le terrain.

Are you interested in training in the commerce sector? Are you between 15 and 29 years old (no age limit if RQTH)? Our partner located in Grandpré is looking for a sales assistant in bakery-pastry shop. You do not work on Sundays. You will prepare a Professional Title for Sales Assistant (level 3) or a Professional Title for Sales Advisor (level 4) through alternating training.

Your missions include:

• Welcoming and advising customers
• Listening to customers
• Processing transactions
• Participating in stock management and product placement
• Ensuring sales and service in the shop
• Building customer loyalty
• Contributing to daily sales management
• Developing skills in sales techniques, management, and customer relations
• Checking product compliance (DLC, quality, etc.), rotation
• Maintaining the point of sale: cleaning, hygiene rules
