Application Sales Engineer (f/m/d)

CERATIZIT FRANCE SAS – SAINT-OUEN-L’AUMÔNE

YOUR TASKS :

In this role, you will increase sales growth by providing technical support to the Sales Team and developing tailored solutions for clients across various industries such as Aerospace and Automotive.

  • Demand-oriented technical support for customers (end customers and distributors)
  • Identifying customer needs to offer customized solutions
  • Implementing projects and components tailored to customer needs
  • Optimizing production processes at target customers
  • Providing technical consulting in collaboration with the Sales and Project Teams
  • Supporting project-related processes at customer sites
  • Conducting tool tests with the sales and project teams and preparing reports with economic analyses
  • Optimizing special tools in cooperation with the project team and process managers
  • Serving as a point of contact after project completion for customer inquiries or complaints
  • Providing on-site customer training and supporting the technical training of the sales team
  • Implementing new machining solutions

YOUR PROFILE :

  • Technical degree with experience in manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical machining and metal cutting
  • Tenacious, assertive, and self-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
