About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic intern to join our Xiaomi France team. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and capable of contributing to both graphic design/brand communication as well as service operations. This position provides the opportunity to work closely with our Lead Designer and the wider marketing team, while also collaborating with cross‑functional teams on service order monitoring and customer support.

This internship will give you exposure to multiple areas of the business, from brand communication to operational excellence, in a fast‑paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Service Order Monitoring: Track and compare data between Xiaomi’s system and service provider systems daily; identify discrepancies, monitor logistics status, and follow up on abnormal orders (delays, lost parcels, etc.).
  • Customer Feedback Support: Collect and document user feedback from non‑system channels (complaints, e‑commerce issues, etc.), and support teams in tracking progress of resolutions.
  • Compile and analyze data for replacement and refund order
  • Execute DOA (Dead on Arrival) return operations under supervision of relevant owners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s (3rd year) to Master’s student in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunication Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Availability: 35 hours/week, full‑time internship in Paris, starting as soon as possible for 4–6 months.
  • Language skills: Fluency in Chinese and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular); graphic design knowledge is an advantage.
