Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned customers and improving sales of Masterbatch products within a specific region. This role involves budget responsibility, strategic planning for sales volume and gross margin, and aligning sales activities with the company's strategic direction. Key tasks include developing sales solutions, enhancing customer value, conducting customer visits (60%-80% travel), acquiring new clients, and overseeing product orders and samples. The position also requires close cooperation with the Customer Service Centre and support for the accounting department with debt collection and customer requirements.
