An aerospace company located in Toulouse is seeking an Account Manager to act as the main point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and monitoring fleets. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree and has at least four years of experience in a technical-commercial role in the aviation industry. Proficiency in English and French is required, while knowledge of German is a plus. This is a hybrid working position with a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the customers’ focal point for all Customer Services issues (Commercial, Technical, Logistics …) by establishing intimacy through regular face to face and remote contacts.
  • Ensuring strong business relationships and smooth information exchanges between the airlines and Diehl Aviation.
  • Monitoring customers’ fleets, managing commercial agreements, and keeping an eye on competitors’ activities.
  • Resolving customer issues, developing the market and business partnerships within the assigned region in close collaboration with the Sales and Retrofit teams, and prospecting new opportunities in the aerospace industry.
Qualifications
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, International Business, or Business Administration.
  • You have at least four years of professional experience in a technical and commercial role within the aviation or aerospace industry (airline, airframer, OEM).
  • You bring valuable experience in customer relationship management, which is considered a strong asset.
  • You are open to travel regularly, with customer visits of up to two weeks per month.
  • You are recognized for your strong communication skills and your ability to build trust with stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in both English and French, and ideally possess knowledge of German or other additional languages.
