Job Description

Satellogic, Inc., a trailblazing publicly traded leader (NASDAQ: SATL) in satellite imagery and geospatial data, is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive our Middle East business to growth and our customers to success. With our cutting-edge constellation of satellites delivering real-time insights to clients across the defense, intelligence, and civilian agency world and our industry partners, we’re redefining how the world sees itself—and you’ll be front and center, leading the charge.

About the position

As a member of the Customer Success team, you will work side by side with highly skilled Remote Sensing Engineers and Geospatial Intelligence Analysts, with vast experience in the defense, public and private sectors. We think of customers as partners. We aim for a deep understanding of their use cases, processes and jobs-to-be-done. Their success is ours. We find the best solutions, ensure that we deliver to our commitments and that this generates revenue and long lasting relationships for us, and value for our customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key Middle East clients, commercial partners, and primes.
  • Be the go-to for customers—listening, strategizing, and aligning Satellogic’s Products and Solutions with their needs, all while pushing boundaries and exceeding goals.
  • Onboard customers and bring a technical savvy to the job. We want the soft skills, and for you to bring your hard geospatial skills to bear as well, getting your hands dirty and being an every-day-user of our Products and technology.
  • Oversee the healthy execution of our Data Business unit agreements, while looking for opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Team up with our globally dispersed crew of Product managers, Sales professionals and R&D Engineers to streamline our efforts towards delivering high value and repeatable products and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our reach and footprint with government agencies, commercial players, and prime contractors.
  • Hit the road (up to 25% travel) to meet clients, partners, and teammates—building trust face-to-face and soaking in the bigger picture.
About you
  • A solid professional with 5+ years of experience working within government earth observation, remote sensing or ISR, government account management or on an accounts team.
  • Wired into the world of government and commercial space in the Middle East.
  • A people-person with killer customer skills, problem-solving, and the ability to keep everyone on the same page.
  • User of geospatial technologies, tech savvy, and a fast learner on our cutting edge earth observation software.
  • Hungry for autonomy and high visibility to our leaders — ready to take ownership, make decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, globally connected team.
  • Currently or recently based in the UAE or the wider GCC, with the flexibility to travel when it counts within the Middle East.
