A dynamic software company is seeking an Account Executive to focus on its expansion in the French market. This role requires fluency in both French and English, with at least 4 years of successful sales experience in the SaaS sector, managing a quota of €600,000 or more. The candidate will maintain a pipeline of prospects, manage the sales cycle, and work closely with customers for seamless onboarding. Competitive compensation structure and opportunities for growth are offered.

  • A proven record of success in the top 10% of sales organizations.

Responsabilités

  • Maintain a pipeline of high-value prospects in Salesforce.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas.
  • Develop expertise on the product and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with CSM team to transition new customers smoothly.

About the role

One fundamental belief at Rippling is that Account Executives should spend 100% of their time between engaging with interested prospects, managing sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate our product, closing revenue, and working with our CSM team to ensure a seamless transition to our platform for new customers. No prospecting, we leave that to our world class SDR and Marketing teams.

This person will be focused on our expansion into the French market and will be required to be fluent in French.

What you will do
  • Maintain a pipeline of high value prospects through salesforce to forecast revenue accurately
  • Own the sales cycle from initial discovery and demo, to contract signature
  • Consistently attain and overachieve quota on a monthly basis
  • Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitive landscape
  • Work closely with CSM team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers
What you will need
  • Fluent in English and French
  • 4 years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
  • Experience carrying a €600,000+ annual quota
  • Experience of success (top 10% of sales org)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment ,
  • Plus if you have experience selling HRIS / HCM software and / or selling security-related products
  • Commission is not guaranteed
