About Your Future Role

As part of ALEDA, a subsidiary of FDJ Group since 2022, you will support our BTP (Bar-Tabac-Presse) clients within the Customer Service department.

Responsibilities
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management.
  • Maintain personalized follow-up on client files, handle complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Promote and animate resale products (PDR), manage incoming orders, conduct outbound campaigns, and update client data in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Identify sales opportunities and relay feedback to acquisition teams.
