The Role

Our client is seeking a high‑performing Account Executive to focus on new business acquisition, cross‑selling, and upselling. This role is ideal for a sales professional experienced in building relationships with online retailers and driving revenue growth in fast‑paced markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in French‑speaking e‑commerce markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to uncover cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, showcasing the value of the Agentic AI platform.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, e‑commerce, or AI solutions.
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong track record of new business development, cross‑selling, and upselling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑growing, Nasdaq‑listed company environment.
