Havas Korea is looking for a Account Director to support the team.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts.(포트폴리오 관리)
    o Conduct meetings with clients and keep in contact with them at all stages of the campaign.
    o 클라이언트와의 회의 진행 및 단계별 진행 상황 보고
    o Manage client budget and invoicing; define and master terms & conditions and outline agreements.
    o 캠페인 운영에 따른 비용과 청구서 관리; 계약내용에 따른 약정과 조건을 파악
    o Monitor the ongoing activities related to clients.
    o 현재 진행중인 프로젝트들을 지속적으로 모니터링
    o Establish, maintain and nurture good relationships with clients.
    o 클라이언트와 원활한 관계를 수립, 유지 및 발전
    o Participate in competitive/sole-vendor pitches.
    o 경쟁 프레젠테이션, 단일 벤더 제안 참여

  • Run marketing campaigns. (마케팅 캠페인 진행)
    o Liaise with the Account Director to define the marketing campaign strategy, recommendations and lead negotiations.
    o 어카운트 다이렉터와 협업하여 캠페인 전략 수립 및 제안
    o Design the brief, deliver presentations, disclose campaign details to client and all team members.
    o 브리프 준비 및 프레젠테이션 진행하며, 캠페인의 세부적인 내용을 클라이언트 및 팀원들에게 공유
    o Spearhead and optimize campaign strategies.
    o 캠페인 전략에 따라 주도적으로 업무 진행 및 조율
    o Manage, review progress and deliver the clients advertising campaigns.
    o 업무 프로세스를 관리, 검토하여 고객의 광고 캠페인을 진행
    o Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
    o 클라이언트에 보고하는 모든 업무 수준의 유지

  • Manage a team of account executives (기획팀 매니지먼트)
    o Oversee account executives tasks
    기획 업무 관리
    o Monitor work performance and support career development
    업무 성과를 검토하고 업무 개발 지원
    o Give inputs with regards to work methodologies’ improvements
    업무 개선과 효율적인 업무 진행 방식 공유
