Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Representative associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for driving store performance on the floor through the customer experience and the team’s achievement of daily sales.

  • Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week; required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays. During peak times, hours may increase to support business needs.

  • Ce poste étant en temps partiel, les horaires varieront chaque semaine avec un minimum de 20 à 25 heures par semaine. Une disponibilité est requise le week-end (samedi et dimanche) ainsi que pendant certains jours fériés. En période de forte activité, les horaires peuvent être augmentés pour soutenir les besoins du magasin.
Qualifications / What it Takes
  • Education - High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Retail Experience - At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
  • Supervisor/ Managerial Experience - No supervisory/ management experience is required
  • CEFR B2 Fluency in English & French, required
