• Experience in team leadership and / or community-oriented projects is valued.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the quality of care for users across different assistance devices.
• Meet the general and specific objectives set by management.
• Monitor and fulfill goals related to the Results-Based Compensation of Catsalut.
• Coordinate, monitor, and improve processes within the Geriatrics Service.

Areas of Responsibility :

• Intermediate Care : Subacute Unit, Convalescence Unit
• Hospital Care : Acute Geriatric Unit (UGA), collaboration with HAD-AI (Home Hospitalization - Intermediate Care)
• Surgical Geriatric Support : Orthogeriatrics, General Surgery, Urology, etc.
• Residential Support Team : Promote a culture of patient safety, coordinate activities, foster continuous training, and implement quality improvements.
