The role involves optimizing user acquisition funnels, enhancing public pages, and conducting A/B tests within a collaborative Growth Team. We are looking for a Software developer that wants to join the Growth Team where you will be working on distribution opportunities. Some example projects could be: optimizing user acquisition funnels, improving the performance and usability of public pages and conducting A/B tests to enhance landing page conversions.
We are not looking for a long list of skills and technologies what matters the most is your Growth Mindset. We believe that someone who has good aptitudes and is hungry for learning is what works best.
Most of our projects are built in React with TypeScript and Ruby on Rails. But as we said consider applying even if you master different technologies (we think this can enrich the team).
The annual salary range for this position is 42.500.
We aim to move fast: we learn iterate and repeat. Our team is composed of designers and developers who work hand‑in‑hand to bring impactful projects to life. We also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders maintaining a horizontal structure. We have ownership of our projects and stay close to the business metrics to prioritize implement and analyze their impact.
