What Can You Expect?

As a Wording Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Establish and maintain the global wording/endorsement library multinational products
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of templates/ clauses from which the policy document can be drafted
  • Support Technical Underwriting with opening new product capabilities or onboarding a new network partner
  • Plan and facilitate new wording roll outs, as well as upgrades of existing products in collaboration with the project team and technical underwriting
  • Manage & communicate process changes to the stakeholders in the network and collect feedback about product and process improvements
  • Organize & provide support with training as needed
  • Work closely with wording digitalization project team
  • Reflect any product / process changes in the required internal tools (Inspire, MIA, etc.)
  • Participate and assist with UAT
  • Analyze current country and network partner capabilities including portfolio landscape
  • Run and analyze various reports as needed

  • Education diploma in Business Administration, International Business, Law or equivalent

  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in working closely with colleagues from across many countries and various areas of business.
