Right now, we are looking for a SAP BTP Development + Clean Core ABAP Developer to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.

The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the processes in Cloud, Hybrid and onPremise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approach and dealing with Agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects.

• Support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects – being a part of SAP Technical Team.
• Participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

• Take part in implementation of SAP systems.
• Enhance core SAP technology knowledge and experience.
• Work in an international environment.

• Proficient in SAP’s Clean Core strategy for extensibility including Key User, On Stack and Side-by-Side – Cloud BTP Extensibility. Experience working with the 3 Tier Extensibility Model.
• Conceptualization of Clean Core WRICEFS by understanding classic extensibility Developments and translate them into Clean Core approach Actions Plans/Implementation patterns.
• Estimation of Clean Core Analysis and Implementation Efforts.
• BTP Services Instance Creation, Binding and Setup.
• Understanding of SAP BTP services and deployment approach.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP BTP service uses and deployment strategy.
• Extensive working experience with Restful ABAP Programming Model – Both Managed and Unmanaged scenarios.
• Understanding of Cloud Application Programming model + Development experience is a plus.
• ABAP Entity Manipulation Language.
• Core ABAP – Object Oriented Programming experience.
• Key User adaptation, In-App extensions.
• SAP Business Accelerator Hub (ODATA, API).
• Experience working with SAP BTP Build, SAP BTP Build Process Automation – would be a big plus.
• Fiori Development is a plus.
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
• Understand and design client‑side and server‑side architecture.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Ability to setup AI Core, create Deployments for AI Models using AI Launchpad, SAP Business AI and other SAP BTP AI Services (if AI expertise is needed).

• German or other European language is an advantage.
• Great sense of humour.
