Job Title: Technical Support Advisor - (Italian-Speaking) - Remote - MI36

We are looking for Technical Support Agents with Italian to provide technical assistance to a project with a world leading software development company.

If you have similar previous experience, or you have developed as an IT Technician, and you are interested in the offer, do not hesitate to apply!

Provide technical support to customers in Italian, helping them resolve issues related to software and cloud technologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Italian (native) and English (advanced)
• Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows (valuable)
• Ability to handle diverse customer situations, with empathy and professionalism
• Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving

• Full time (39h/week), permanent contract, from Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 18.00
