Remote SDET – Medical Devices Automation Expert
Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an SDET (Software Developer in Test) for a 100% remote role in Spain. This position involves developing automated test suites and performing testing on medical devices that significantly impact healthcare. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of QA experience, strong Python and automation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with international teams. Competitive salary ranging from €200 to €300 daily.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA, automation, or SDET roles.
- Strong practical knowledge of Python, Robot Framework, and modern automation principles.
- Excellent understanding of test design, debugging, and QA methodologies.
- Experience with desktop applications or software interacting with hardware, instruments, or real-time systems.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Create, enhance, and maintain automated test suites using Python and Robot Framework.
- Perform manual, functional, and exploratory testing on highly technical applications.
- Contribute to long-term test architecture and quality best practices.
- Support testing across complex workflows.
- Participate in Agile rituals and documentation updates.
