Job summary
A rapidly growing organization in Conversational AI seeks a Data Engineer to design and maintain their data ecosystem. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and is capable of remote work in an English-first, async-friendly team. The role involves building data pipelines, creating dashboards, and collaborating across teams, with a focus on AI-enhanced development.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and data processing.
- Experience with data modeling, cleaning, and visualization.
- Strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to design scalable data architectures.
- Comfortable working remotely in an English‑first, async‑friendly team.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining pipelines to collect, clean, and transform data.
- Ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and consistency.
- Converting raw data into scalable, analysis-ready models using SQL.
- Creating dashboards and reports using Excel and BI tools.
- Developing Python scripts to automate data workflows.
- Translating complex technical insights for non-technical teams.
- Working with AI coding assistants for development tasks.
