Job summary
Una plataforma de streaming busca un representante de atención al cliente para resolver consultas y gestionar tickets. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos un año de experiencia en atención al cliente, excelentemente comunicado y familiarizado con herramientas de oficina, incluyendo Freshdesk. Se ofrece un contrato indefinido, modalidad de trabajo remoto durante los fines de semana, y oportunidades de formación.

- Excelente capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita.

Responsibilities

- Gestionar tickets en Freshdesk asegurando tiempos de respuesta adecuados.
- Escuchar activamente, identificar necesidades y ofrecer soluciones efectivas.
