Job summary
A leader in air passenger rights is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to represent their interests in Spain. The role entails handling legal claims, preparing cases, and advocating for air travelers while ensuring compliance with Spanish laws. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Attorney at Law license and have a strong understanding of consumer protection and aviation regulations. This position offers a remote-first culture, flexible hours, and opportunities for professional growth.

- Valid Attorney at Law license in Spain and professional liability insurance.
- Experience with small claims, consumer rights, or aviation law is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in in‑court collection.
Responsibilities
- Act as legal representative of AirAdvisor in Spain for claims.
- Prepare and file legal new claims in Spanish courts.
- Handle baggage-related claims in accordance with relevant conventions.
