A global health company is seeking a Part-Time Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support their dynamic team during a maternity leave coverage. The role involves payroll administration for EMEA and managing employee benefits. Candidates should have prior payroll experience and strong communication skills, particularly in English. The position offers flexible remote work and benefits like a competitive compensation plan and autonomy in a dynamic work environment.
This is a part‑time temporary role, with the possibility of full‑time for the right candidate. The position is open to applicants based anywhere in Europe.
The temporary coverage period is expected to run from February through September, aligned with a planned maternity leave, with the potential for adjustments depending on business needs.

We are currently seeking a Part‑Time, Temporary Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support our dynamic team and help us continue building the future of women’s health.
This role has two key accountabilities: Payroll Specialist & Benefits Administrator.
As Payroll Specialist, the incumbent is responsible for administering the payroll for EMEA & US, maintaining employee records and inputting data for accurate and efficient payroll delivery.
As Benefits Administrator, the incumbent supports the total rewards leader with the EMEA region and ensures that new employees are enrolled on relevant benefit schemes and leavers are withdrawn.
