- Implementing and customizing core insurance systems such as Guidewire, TIA or INSIS
- Assuring high quality and maturity of implemented solutions
- Developing our own systems as a part of internal R&D team
- Designing IT solutions, supporting IT architecture decisions and preparing documentation
- Creating unit tests
- Cooperating directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Commercial experience in any OOP (preferably Java) programming language.
- Good understanding of design patterns, software engineering and best practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
- Readiness to travel regularly.
