The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce expertise and will play a key role in enhancing business operations and supporting growth initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing CRM configuration, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring data integrity. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.

Formación

• Experience in configuring and optimizing CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
• Proven ability to implement secure integrations and manage APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce's security and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day CRM platform configuration and support.
• Customize CRM objects and workflows according to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective CRM solutions.
• Implement data governance and enhance system usability.

Conocimientos

Expert knowledge of Apex

Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Deep understanding of data model design

Advanced SOQL/SOSL optimization

Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs

Experience with event-driven architectures

Mastery of Salesforce security model

Proven experience in CRM architecture

Knowledge of CI/CD processes

Strong problem-solving capabilities
