A leading marketing agency in Madrid is seeking a skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram, while collaborating with creative teams to drive innovative campaigns. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong understanding of social media trends. This role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for internal mobility.

Edit and produce engaging, high‑quality video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Create motion graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance storytelling.
Adapt content for different formats, trends, and platform‑specific requirements.
Optimize video assets to maintain visual consistency and brand identity across campaigns.
Develop eye‑catching thumbnails, animated assets, and overlays for digital campaigns.
Ensure consistency in typography, layout, and visual identity across all projects.
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and brand teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
Stay up to date with social media trends, AI tools, and emerging design technologies.
Experiment with new editing techniques, transitions, and visual effects to keep content fresh and engaging.
Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Work closely with creative directors, designers, and social media teams to bring ideas to life.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, organization, and quality control.
2+ years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or visual design (agency experience preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong knowledge of social media‑first content creation for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and dynamic editing techniques.
Experience working with brand identity, typography, and layouts.
Experience with filmmaking, recording and experience in studio with professional camera equipment.
Experience with AI tools for content creation and enhancement.
Familiarity with 3D animation, advanced motion graphics, or AR filters.
Background in advertising, digital marketing, or influencer campaigns.
Experience with Figma.
