As a Spa Valet at Fairmont La Hacienda you will be an essential part of the wellness team ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, well‑informed, and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Your attentiveness, kindness and dedication will be key to delivering an elevated experience perfectly aligned with the spirit of the spa and in harmony with its natural surroundings.
Through your attention to the facilities, support to the reception team, operation of the buggy, and direct contact with guests you will help create a clean, organized, and genuinely hospitable environment.
Provides a professional, friendly and attentive service to all guests, acting as the first point of contact from the moment of their pick‑up in the buggy.
Drives the buggy safely and efficiently to transport guests to the spa from different areas of the resort, courteously explaining the facilities upon arrival.
Supports the spa reception team with guest welcome orientation and basic assistance.
Ensures all spa areas are clean, organized and well‑maintained, including locker rooms, bathrooms, showers, gym, relaxation areas and yoga room.
Carries out cleaning and sanitizing of fitness equipment and common areas, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Replenishes water infusions, fruit, towels and other amenities in the various spa areas.
Works collaboratively with the rest of the team to foster a positive work atmosphere and strong team spirit.
Actively participates in other departmental tasks as needed such as assisting with resort‑wide promotions, product or service sales, workshops and recreational activities related to the department, always demonstrating a service‑minded attitude and attention to detail.
Complies with all safety, hygiene and internal policy procedures.
Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.
To successfully perform this job an individual must be able to carry out each responsibility satisfactorily. Requirements include:

Good physical condition and willingness to perform manual tasks.
Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Valid Type B driver’s license (mandatory).
Knowledge of English will be considered an asset.
