A leading IT service provider is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Travel Agent fluent in English and German to coordinate booking and managing travel services. Candidates should possess expert-level skills in Amadeus GDS and experience with Concur Travel, along with several years in a corporate travel agency. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Madrid, Spain, with opportunities for career development in a fast-growing SAP-focused tech environment.

Formación

• Several years of experience working in a corporate travel agency.
• Expert-level proficiency in Amadeus Selling Platform for booking.
• Experience with online booking tools, especially Concur Travel.

• Coordinate and book domestic and international travel for employees.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and cost guidelines.
• Provide support for travel-related issues, including itinerary changes.

Corporate Travel Agent

with a strong background in travel agency operations. Amex GBT, BCD Travel, FCM) and is proficient in

Amadeus GDS (cryptic)

and

Concur Travel

for booking and managing travel services.

Coordinate and book domestic and international travel for employees, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and train tickets.

Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and cost guidelines.

Provide responsive support for travel-related issues, including itinerary changes, cancellations, and urgent requests.

Process corporate credit card statements related to travel expenses.

Several years of experience working in a corporate travel agency (e.g., Completed apprenticeship or academic degree in travel management / travel agency or a related field.

Expert-level proficiency in

Amadeus Selling Platform (cryptic)

for booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and rail.

Experience with online booking tools, especially

Concur Travel

Excellent communication skills in

English and German
