This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, Spain, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What You Will Do

• Represent Testing in new project meetings to gather requirements and ensure system constraints are considered.
• Analyze new projects to translate product validation needs into testing requirements.
• Identify regulatory frameworks and define corresponding testing methods.
• Specify new measurement equipment, interface parts, and adaptation components for test cells.
• Develop validation plans and workload projections for new projects.
• Organize internal meetings for project handover to industrialization teams.
• Report project status and testing readiness to management.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record in testing validation method development and powertrain calibration.
• Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree; Master’s or PhD in combustion engines preferred.
• Excellent skills in project management and technical analysis for testing systems.
• Strong competencies in decision‑making and team leadership, with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.
