• Expertise in modern project management tools.

At CORUS, we are looking for a Test Manager to join our team on an international project.

Location: Spain, available to work in person (Barcelona or nearby).

You will:

• Define and deploy tailored resource model to address country/BU specific needs by "Right shore Strategy implementation".
• Global rate alignment and budgeting.
• Demand and resource alignment BU, teams and external partner to drive effective capacity management to avoid retrain new resources and drive cross-utilization.
• Using external enablers, as well community of practice to implement new technologies.
• Define and deploy frameworks and knowledge to accelerate adoption and execution on different teams/BU.
• Standardization of process, tooling and platforms for consistency, optimization, and efficiency in delivery.
• Provide Financial benefits derived from global tools standardization.
• Integrate cutting-edge technologies, collaborative workflows to enhance productivity.
• Support teams on Business development / Support existing services.

You should have:

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience in functional and non-functional testing, automation, test planning and coverage in critical environments such as SAP S/4HANA, AWS, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to design and execute validation and compliance strategies, including quality governance frameworks.
• Preferably to have led global programmes and portfolios, coordinating multidisciplinary teams on complex projects, with a strong focus on testing, compliance and digital transformation.
• Expertise in Project and Program Management, with proficiency in modern tools.
• Used to dealing with high-level stakeholders and with very good communication skills.
• High level of English language, written and spoke (C1 minimun).
