Overview

Job Title : Remote Telesales Executive

We're seeking a sales professional to join our team in Spain or Gibraltar. As a remote telesales executive, you'll be responsible for calling existing customers and offering them additional services.

Career Progression

• Regular Role:
  • Base Salary: £17,000 (€19,976) with the opportunity to earn up to £31,000 (€36,428) with commission.
• Senior Role:
  • Base Salary: £20,000 (€23,502) with the potential to earn up to £50,000 (€58,755) with higher commission.

Responsibilities

• You'll work from home, making outbound calls to existing customers, selling additional services, taking payments, updating customer details, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you\'ll need :

• Experience in sales, particularly over the phone;
• Fluent English language skills;
• Registration as Autónomo in Spain;
• Residency in Spain or Gibraltar;
• A reliable laptop and good internet connection;
• Confidence in speaking and writing;
• Proficiency in technology;
• Flexibility, quick thinking, and calmness under pressure;
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn;

Working Hours

The working hours are Monday to Thursday: 10am – 7pm (with a 1-hour lunch), Friday: 10am – 3pm, totaling 37 hours per week.
