This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Technical Service department, along with knowledge of laboratory equipment. Formación

Responsibilities
  • Ensure appropriate and timely response to clients.
  • Guarantee proper development of technical support from installation to periodic reviews.
  • Control maintenance contract conditions and ensure compliance.
  • Verify understanding and effective application of training provided to clients.
  • Minimize the impact of obsolete or expired materials stored in stock.
  • Control material expenses, aiming to minimize costs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of managed information.
  • Resolve received incidents according to ISO criteria.
Activities
  • Preparation and installation of equipment: electrical connections, pipe connections, software configuration.
  • Maintenance and qualification of equipment.
  • Repair of faults.
  • Telephone and remote support to clients.
  • Client training.
  • Administrative management of technical support provided (service reports, manuals, etc.).
  • Contact manufacturers for technical information and parts.
  • Stock and spare parts control.
Required Profile
  • FPII, CFGS in Electricity, Electronics, or technical engineering in science fields.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Technical Service department.
  • Knowledge of laboratory equipment.
  • Knowledge of HPLC.
  • Knowledge of electricity and electronics.
  • Experience in repairing laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
  • Office: Basic Word, Intermediate Excel, Basic Outlook.
  • CRM: Hermes.
  • English level B1.
