Job Purpose

You will provide internal and external clients with technical service support, training and documentation for the use and application of our coatings products.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct demonstrations of paint / non-paint application techniques
• Instruct customers on product usage in day-to-day operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to establish the root cause of problems & form a solution / workaround across a range of product related and / or application issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to conduct and / or assist in the testing process as well as in the implementation of new products / technologies.
• Collaborate with colleagues in handling complex technical issues & informing customers on legal & corporate safety standards.
• Provide regular project and customer visit reports.
• Support colleagues by providing customer insight & product processing know how to assist with strategic planning.

• Excellent customer-facing skills.
