• Demonstrable knowledge in customization and low-code flows.

Overview

Technical Architect Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service & Insights) – Movilges

Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain. Hybrid model possible.

Responsibilities

• Design Technical Architecture and integrations;
• Go through the technical design of the given business requirements for technical solutions and create a detailed Technical Architecture design document (TAD);
• Work closely with functional and technical consultants to understand requirements;
• Report progress periodically to the lead / project manager and assist in reporting;
• Check in / check out code in Azure DevOps and update work items;
• Elaboration of test plan documents;
• Solve architectural and technical issues encountered during testing cycles;
• Provide training sessions to the customer.

What We Are Looking For

• 5 years (minimum) of experience as a Technical Architect in the Dynamics 365 CE platform;
• Experience in the Health Sector, more precisely with Customer Care;
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE framework and platform (customer service and customer insights);
• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE design and development experience;
• Demonstrable knowledge in customization, low-code flows, and apps with Power Automate and Power Apps;
• Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure integration tools (is a plus);
• Experience in using Azure DevOps for code management and requirement management;
• Experience with Agile methodology and Jira;
• Microsoft certifications (a plus);
• Spanish is mandatory, and fluency in English is required.
