How it relates to Groupon Valencia Team:

• Managing approximately 10-15 employees

• Usually within 1 country or business line

• Working closely with the country management

• Training of employees

• Contribution to centralized projects/initiatives

• Back-up for colleagues in similar positions in MC/BD/IB

The incumbent must manage inside/telesales representatives responsible for selling advertising, media campaigns, and/or digital display ads to new and existing clients.

Administers and designs the sales incentive plan for online ad representatives. Trains, mentors, coaches, and supervises inside sales staff. Has thorough knowledge of the organization’s products/services. Prioritizes and allocates resources. May work across functions to enhance sales channel performance. Responsible for advertising sales revenue targets, market development, setting targets, and ensuring revenue generation. May analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
