Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your recruitment expertise in a dynamic, innovative environment. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You will be responsible for recruiting a variety of engineering and management roles. Daily, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across the business and HR.

We’ll look to you for:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process:

  • Partnering with Business Hiring Managers and HR to identify needs and review role scopes.
  • Posting jobs and revising job specifications for external and internal advertisements on LinkedIn and Alstom’s career website.
  • Actively sourcing and headhunting on major job platforms.
  • Assessing potential candidates through screening calls and interviews.
  • Preparing candidate reports for Hiring Managers and HR.
  • Managing all Talent Acquisition platforms to ensure smooth recruitment at all stages.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. You don’t need to have every skill listed, but the following will help you succeed:

  • Experience in recruitment within Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication skills to align effectively with Hiring Managers and HR.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar ATS is a plus.
  • High proficiency in English (B2-C1 level) and native Spanish speaker.
