Talent Acquisition Manager: At Robert Walters, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for an international industrial company based in Zaragoza.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment and hiring plans.
- Create and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
- Design the selection process for various vacancies and employee profiles.
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment.
- Build relationships with educational institutions to attract young, qualified candidates.
- Organize campus recruitment and job fair activities.
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments using competency-based techniques.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Manage employee referral programs to encourage recommendations.
- Coordinate with partner companies to develop culturally and legally compliant talent strategies.
- Handle internal and external communication related to recruitment.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and service providers.
- Support conflict resolution and problem-solving in the recruitment process.
- Ensure team compliance with policies, safety, and environmental standards.
- Train personnel under supervision.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of management experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the industrial or international sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
