Talent Acquisition Manager: At Robert Walters, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for an international industrial company based in Zaragoza.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement recruitment and hiring plans.
  2. Create and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Oversee the recruitment and hiring process.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
  5. Design the selection process for various vacancies and employee profiles.
  6. Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment.
  7. Build relationships with educational institutions to attract young, qualified candidates.
  8. Organize campus recruitment and job fair activities.
  9. Conduct interviews and candidate assessments using competency-based techniques.
  10. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  11. Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
  12. Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
  13. Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
  14. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  15. Manage employee referral programs to encourage recommendations.
  16. Coordinate with partner companies to develop culturally and legally compliant talent strategies.
  17. Handle internal and external communication related to recruitment.
  18. Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and service providers.
  19. Support conflict resolution and problem-solving in the recruitment process.
  20. Ensure team compliance with policies, safety, and environmental standards.
  21. Train personnel under supervision.
Job Requirements:
  • University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the industrial or international sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Additional details include permanent contract, HR specialization, located in Zaragoza, with a negotiable salary, full-time, intermediate management level, and onsite work.
