Retail Architect - Design and Project Management Spain (m / f / d)

Responsibilities:

1. Implement store design concepts across Spain by coordinating between corporate architecture, VM, procurement, external suppliers, retailers, and sales and marketing teams.
2. Create designs, floor plans, 3D renders, and construction drawings using Vectorworks for retail, fairs, and corporate environments, following brand guidelines. Prepare print files for graphic packages and presentation packs for sign-off.
3. Manage regional retail installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Raise purchase orders and track budgets for each project.
5. Collaborate with marketing to align store designs with commercial and brand objectives.
6. Liaise with retailers for design approval and adapt designs as needed to store guidelines.
7. Conduct site surveys across Spain to kick off projects.
8. Contribute to the development and improvement of retail POS toolboxes and VM guidelines.
9. Support new product launches in existing stores using global VM and architecture guidelines tailored to local markets.
10. Visit stores regularly to ensure performance and implement continuous improvements.
11. Develop and execute trade fair setups in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
12. Create digital retail content as needed.
13. Ensure effective implementation of retail projects and store designs.
14. Possess solid experience with Vectorworks for creating designs, floor plans, 3D renders, and construction drawings.
15. Be structured, proactive, and goal-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
16. Fluent in Spanish and Business English.
17. Possess knowledge of processes with a proactive approach to standards.
18. Maintain a positive, entrepreneurial, and hands-on attitude.
19. Be dynamic, enthusiastic, and committed to professional growth.
