Strategic Partner Account Manager – Spain

To increase our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Strategic Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible.

This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

Your Job
  1. You will identify, manage, and continuously develop a strong network of Telcos, MSSPs, and Tier 1 partners across Spain, with a particular focus on strategic players such as Telefónica, Orange, and other key telecommunications providers.
  2. You will oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships.
  3. You will organize and coordinate both online and in-person training sessions for our partners, including product training, while ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
  4. You will define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring continuous strategic and commercial development.
  5. You will actively participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings, promoting our solutions and strengthening brand presence.
  6. You will create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to ensure business targets in Spain are achieved.
  7. Internally, you will collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. Externally, you will act as a key point of contact, representing the company with professionalism and expertise.
  8. You will regularly update our CRM system with relevant partner and deal information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  9. Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs, Tier 1 Partners, or other leading Telcos will be considered a strong asset for this role.
  10. Your Profile
    1. You have solid IT knowledge gained through your academic background, university studies, or an equivalent qualification—ideally in the field of cybersecurity or cloud services.
    2. You have at least five years of professional experience in the IT sector and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
    3. Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in complex sales environments involving multiple stakeholders.
    4. You have relevant experience managing strategic partners such as Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs in Spain, and have successfully developed these relationships both strategically and economically.
    5. You are an excellent communicator and interact confidently and professionally with partners and customers.
    6. You are willing to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days) and enjoy presenting and promoting Hornetsecurity’s solutions during customer meetings, partner sessions, and negotiations.
    7. You bring a winning personality and thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.
    8. You have at least a B2 level of English, both spoken and written.
    9. You are driven by your own achievements and pursue your quarterly goals with passion and accountability.
    10. You are highly organized and know how to prioritize tasks to support the growth and success of the Hornetsecurity Group.
