Overview

Observability Expert Position — We are a technology consulting firm dedicated to innovation and digital transformation. Our team is looking for an experienced Observability Strategist with at least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level observability strategies.

About the Job

This role involves translating business needs into observable key performance indicators (KPIs), maturity models, and functional service level objectives (SLOs). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of observability and performance analysis tools (APM) and be able to apply artificial intelligence concepts in IT operations (AIOps, ITOM).

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy comprehensive observability strategies aligned with business objectives
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of APM tools and their applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of observability solutions
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable KPIs and SLOs

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level observability strategies (at least 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of observability and performance analysis tools (APM)
• Ability to apply AI concepts in IT operations (AIOps, ITOM) is a plus
• Advanced English language proficiency (B2+ / C1)
